Lead UX·AI Research·Information & UX Architect
Currently driving cross-team alignment · mapping 6-month product strategies
I stand at the cross-road of enterprise-scale UX architecture and the future of human-computer interaction. Nearly a decade working with highly dense data, turning it into complex industrial HMIs and global systems, my work is backed by active academic research into the ethical boundaries of AI and technology.
Discipline 01
Multi-pump controllers, banking apps, multi-tenant suites. Where information density is the design problem — not the bug.

Discipline 02
Designing for systems that don't behave deterministically. Agents, copilots, generative product, and the affordances that make them legible.
Discipline 03
From senior to running the org. Hiring, vision, roadmap, and the unglamorous operating system underneath.
№ 03 · Lead role
Absorbed an entire product portfolio during a sudden 50% staff reduction while maintaining zero engineering delays.

About
My path into UX wasn't the usual straight line; it was entirely self-taught, driven by curiosity. I started off by studying fashion design in university, moved into graphic design, then websites — and diving into how people actually interact with those screens led me directly into UX architecture.
Because I changed tracks organically, I learned early that the deeper you dive into a complex subject, the more fascinating it becomes. I don't shy away from 'dry' industries — complex financial data tables, isometric HMIs for industrial software, the heavy-duty stuff.
I don't really do 'slowing down'. Right now beside working at a lead design role, I also study for my Cand.it in Web Communication Design at the University of Southern Denmark.
Work and academia aren't separate in my eyes — they reinforce each other. My day-to-day work with UX informs my research; my studies push me toward the next horizon. What interest me the most at the moment is AI ethics and human-computer interaction, laying groundwork for a future PhD on how emerging tech shapes the future of industries.

Collaborators
Gaby entered my professional life in early 2024 when we needed an experienced and competent Sr. UX consultant with a positive "go-do" mindset for the CBS divisional UX Team at Grundfos. Gaby has shown initiative and the kind of commitment, she also engaged in improving and evolving our way of working in the UX team (6-7 people) and challenged our stakeholder collaboration via her presence and by drawing up procedures to drive the conversation. Gaby undertook some grueling updates to our 100+ page Figma file when we quite close to an important deadline had to integrate a new language plug-in. Gaby is a rock and she rocks.
Gabriella takes on the complex, ambiguous, long-running challenges most people quietly hope will land on someone else's desk. She was hands-on building the GENIECON design system, and thinks at the level of the system — connecting information architecture, UX, and engineering into solutions that scale and actually get adopted.
Gaby brings structure and clarity to complex environments, turning information and data into intuitive user experiences and scalable design solutions. A strong collaborator who partners closely with developers to achieve the best outcome.
If you're looking for a creative, talented, hardworking and knowledgeable designer and developer, I highly recommend Gaby. She captures your vision and turns it into a project you can be proud of, with a friendly, communicative and receptive presence throughout.
Gaby is a wonderful designer and developer who helped me build a website from scratch, including technically complicated features and beautiful pages. Organized, communicative and supportive throughout — highly recommended!
Gaby designed and built an ambitious nonprofit website for us — donation system, dynamic content, blog, and branding. She translated complex ideas into a unique, beautiful reality, and I am certain we would not have had such an impact on children's lives without her.
